- How will the product be delivered to me?

Orders placed are processed the same day, will be delivered the next working day. A working day is any other day except Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday.
- Can I ask for a specific time of delivery?

Since the deliveries are being made by a 3rd party; we are unable to offer any specific timed deliveries.
- What do I do if I am delivered a damaged product?

Please ensure all items received by the courier are damage-free. If any boxes appear damaged or appear to have been opened; please write the details on the courier sheet. We may not be able to replace them if you fail to sign as receiving a damaged item(s); as we will not be able to claim anything back from the courier service provider.
- How soon do I need to let you know about damaged /missing / incorrect items?
All item issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items Becoming Faulty within the Warranty Period

Incase the purchase becomes faulty after the initial 14 day period from receipt, but within the warranty period, you are entitled to either have the item repaired or at our discretion replaced.
- What happens if I forget to put the RMA number on the parcel?

If we receive a parcel and there is no Reference details on the package or a returns form; it is likely to cause a delay in getting your refund processed. If you are returning any item, please put your full details and copy of any invoices with returned item.
- Will your brackets hold the weight of my TV on the wall??

All our brackets are supplied with a stipulated weight allowance, meaning our brackets are guaranteed to hold the weight of your TV providing it is within the maximum weight stated.
- Will your brackets definitely fit my TV??

Our Brackets are guaranteed to fit the size of screens stated. All our brackets are checked regularly against specifications of new Plasma and LCD screens launched on the market ensuring our information is highly accurate at all times. In extremely rare cases should our bracket not fit your Plasma or LCD screen please contact us.
- What is VESA?

The Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) are standards that define patterns of holes , mounting interfaces and associated power supply locations for LCD or TFT monitors, plasma screens and other flat panel devices. There should be 4 screw-holes in a square pattern, usually located in the centre or towards the bottom of any monitor. Plasma and large LCD screens may be designed to VESA 75 (75mm x 75mm), VESA 100 (100mm x 100mm), VESA 200x100 (200mm x 100mm) or VESA 200 (200mm x 200mm) configuration, or the large 400 VESA, 600VESA and even 800 VESA.

- What is a Universal Bracket?

These brackets have adjustable mounting points for to mount the TV on to the bracket. Each Universal bracket will have the maximum hole-spacing that they are compatible with. Universal brackets come in different sizes, each designed for different screen sizes. They are especially suitable for LCD and Plasma TV's that don't have standard VESA fittings.
- What is a Flat Wall Bracket?

A bracket designed to keep your LCD and Plasma screens as close to the wall as possible.
- What is a Tilting Wall Bracket?

A bracket designed to allow you to tilt the screen downwards. This helps you get a better viewing angle. This bracket is suitable mainly for screens that are mounted high on the wall.
- What is a Cantilever Wall Bracket?

A bracket designed to enable pulling the TV out from the wall and give a swivel function allowing the screen to be rotated left and right. Usually also incorporates a vertical tilt function.
- What is the Aspect Ratio?

It is the ratio between screen height and width i.e. 5.4 = 5 parts long & 4 parts high. Standard PC monitors & Televisions have an aspect ratio of 4:3. Wide screens Televisions have an aspect ratio of 16:9
