Our Objective
Every order large or small is valuable to us. Our aim is to fulfill your order and provide you with the best service and quality products. We aim at delivering your correct consignment safely and securely without delays and in a cost effective manner.
Location
We deliver to all addresses in the United Kingdom. Your order will be delivered to the address specified during your online purchase.
Delivery Time
All orders successfully processed by 3:00pm will be dispatched the same day for FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. For deliveries to Northern Ireland & some addresses in the Highlands, there will be a delivery charge of £10.00. For deliveries to IOW there will be a delivery charge of £5.00. Please place your order as normal & our aftersales team will contact you with the delivery cost if applicable. Where possible, we will try to use Royal Mail for these areas in order to avoid the delivery charge to our customers. Delivery times for all UK postcodes are Mon-Sat 7:30am to 9:00pm.
Delivery Method
To ensure safety and security of the consignment, we deliver your purchase using only specialist couriers; Royal Mail, DX Delivery, Parcel Force, and Yodel. Our objective is not just to ensure your peace of mind that your product will be safe in the hands of leading courier companies, but also ensuring timeliness of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY
No Fault Returns.
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 30 days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ with their original box and packaging including all manuals and accessories. You have a duty of care whilst the goods are in your possession and as such we advise you to return the goods with their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit to us.
Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to levy a surcharge on such returned goods at a minimum 15%of the invoice price. You must notify us within 30 days from date of delivery and we will issue you with a reference number.
Faulty Returns – Dead on Arrival.
A product is said to be 'dead on arrival' if it shows symptoms of hardware failure preventing basic operation upon its first use out of the box. In such instances please contact our customer email support within 7 days from the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation of the fault by our technical engineers you will be offered the following options:
- A replacement – this item will be shipped to you at our own expense.
- A repair – the repaired item will be shipped to you at our own expense. Please note that once repaired the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
- A full refund – provided the item has been verified faulty and is complete with all accessories with its original box and packaging.
If the product is not deemed to be faulty by our technicians then you will be offered the following options:
- Return of the goods – the cost of delivery is charged to you.
- Refund – the invoice cost less any applicable delivery charges provided the product is ‘as new’ and complete with all accessories and with its original box and packaging. If the condition of the product or the packaging is poor then we reserve the right to impose a charge to cover re-packaging costs. Missing accessories will also be charged to you.
The manufacturers guarantee will apply to all items reported to be faulty after 7 days from delivery.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
